Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of Procurement functions
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers for competitive price and terms
• Monitor suppliers’ performance
• Perform budgeting and cost analysis
• Analyze procurement needs and develop strategies
• Setup and maintain ERP system
• Work closely with different departments, ensure smooth daily operation 
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the management

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree holder in related disciplines
• 5 years solid supervisory experience in food and beverage procurement in catering industry
• Good price negotiation and costing control skills
• Strong food and beverage product knowledge and market knowledge
• Able to meet tight time schedule
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good team player, self-motivated, positive thinking and strong sense of responsibility
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
