Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform full spectrum of Procurement functions
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers for competitive price and terms
- Monitor suppliers’ performance
- Perform budgeting and cost analysis
- Analyze procurement needs and develop strategies
- Setup and maintain ERP system
- Work closely with different departments, ensure smooth daily operation
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Degree holder in related disciplines
- 5 years solid supervisory experience in food and beverage procurement in catering industry
- Good price negotiation and costing control skills
- Strong food and beverage product knowledge and market knowledge
- Able to meet tight time schedule
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good team player, self-motivated, positive thinking and strong sense of responsibility
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
