Your responsibilities:

International Business Expansion

• Drive business volume and overall profitability of the overseas points-of-sale
• Research local market information and industry trends for targeted overseas points-of-sale
• Identify and evaluate the product offerings and fare competitiveness of local airfare suppliers
• Coordinate with HQ teams on the setup and integration of the local operational workflow
• Develop and manage airline and wholesaler relationships for exclusive partnership opportunities
• Liaise with local sister companies and business partners on joint-marketing partnership activities
• Conduct market competitive analyses and apply yield maximization settings regularly

Ancillary Business

• Analyze and optimize conversion rates of ancillary products through various initiatives and tests
• Coordinate with business partners and internal teams to develop regular promotional activities
• Support the solicitation of new business partners to enrich the overall ancillary product mix

You should have / be:

• University graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or Tourism Management preferred
• Relevant experience in the travel / e-Commerce industry is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial drive and an ability to deliver sustained performance
• Strong business acumen & analytical skills
• Excellent negotiation, communication & interpersonal skills
• Proactive, independent, and presentable
