Job Responsibilities:

• Answer general enquiries through phone calls and emails;
• Provide quality consultancy service to premium members in order to meet requirements;
• Identify member’s needs and provide relevant solutions;
• Assist premium members to plan their travelling schedule;
• Responsible for introducing company's services and packages;
• Provide fare quotations and handle reservation.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above
• 1 year relevant customer service experience in tourism, hospitality or guest service will be advantage;
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
• Pleasant, detail-minded, customer oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Fresh graduate will also be considered.
