Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • To provide greeting and customer services to tenants
  • To carry out daily operations of residential building to deliver premier services to tenants.
  • To handle complaints, enquiries, check in / check out, emergency cases from tenants.
  • To perform daily administration, data entry works and reports
  • To carry patrol duty

Requirements 

  • Secondary educational level or above
  • Relevant working experience in residential building is preferable
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate
  • Pleasant personality, outgoing and presentable
  • Good customer service attitude
  • 12 hours per day
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
