Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and organizing incentive tours and events
  • Provide administrative support to the team regarding quotation, business proposal writing and sales presentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors, suppliers and clients
  • Provide full range service to clients which include pre-event coordination, air tickets, hotels, conference facilities and all necessary logistics arrangement and post-event follow-up works

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Travel or Event Management Studies or related discipline
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in event and project organizing and administration. 
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and excel in motivating teams
  • Excellent logistics arrangement and administrative skills and is able to work independently
  • Well-versed in PC software skills e.g. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of spoken & written English, Putonghua and Cantonese/ Chinese
  • Flexible and ready to travel at moment notice

Note: Candidates possessing good project and people management skills may be considered as “Senior Project Executive”
