Responsibilities:

• Provide job training for front desk new join staff
• Assist restaurant manager and the team in daily operation
• Handle restaurant setup including floor, table and decorations
• Ensure tidiness and cleanliness within the restaurant
• Provide customer services, including enquiries and complaint handling

Requirements:

• Passion, determination and commitment for success in F&B industry
• Strong business sense and operational, administrative and social skills
• At least 5 years working experience in Food and Beverage industry with proven management skills and leadership
• Good command of spoken & written English and Cantonese
• Sound knowledge of food, drinks and wine would be an advantage
