Responsibilities:

• To provide travel related services to hotel guests inside hotel lobby (tour reservation, sales of theme park tickets…etc.)
• Handle requests promptly, accurately and professionally
• Duty at hotel within downtown area of Hong Kong and Kowloon

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Reasonable command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Energetic and pleasant reception manner
• Relevant experience in tourism or hotel industry is an advantage
• Duty during normal business hours (8-6) with 1.5 hour meal break
• No experience or fresh graduate will be considered
