Job Description
Our client is a leading solution provider. Due to the rapid growth of the company, they are now looking for talented individuals to join the professional team.
About the Role
- Handle customer security incident email/phone enquiries (2nd Tier)
- Provide 2nd tier support and guide engineer on UTM, IDS, IPS, WAF configuration and troubleshooting
- Assist/lead customer the way/direction to investigate on security incidents
- Provide suggestions & recommendations advisory for customer to handle security incident
About the Person
- Higher Diploma/Degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering
- 1+ years' working experience in IT Services /OR Information Security
- Technical experience in Security Analysis
- Knowledge in firewall, IDS/IPS and UTM will be an advantage
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure
- Applicant with less experience will be considered for a junior role
