Job Description

Project Manager - Insurance Permanent

Responsible for IT project management, including user requirements collection, user experience design, UAT, platform support
Liaise and coordinate with internal department & external vendors
Regularly working with business users and IT technicians in enhancing the project performance
Monitor project daily tasks and report status timely with proper documentation
Coordinate activities in SDLC of IT projects to ensure meeting quality and schedule
Communicate with internal teammates and various business units to follow up project status

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
8-10 yr experience in IT development /project management
Familiar with SDLC/ Agile
Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese

PMO Manager/ PMO Officer- Bank / Insurance Permanent

Responsibilities :

Managing the end-to-end project for implementation of technology solutions covering PMO management.
Document project costs/benefits, timelines, resource requirements status and progress, in conjunction with the existing program office and project management functions.
Manage the resources allocated to the project.

Job Requirements:

2 - 4 years experience in IT Project Management/PMO
Working experience in financial institutions, preferably in Bank or Insurance.
PMP certification or Prince 2 or ITIL would be advantageous
Experience of all processes with the project life-cycle
