As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating strategic technology projects from initiation through to implementation. Leads cross-functional project and program teams and works with internal customers to determine and interpret project/program objectives into solutions. Responsible for managing project/program costs, resources, risk and issues to ensure that objectives are realized. Provide regular program status updates.

Job Responsibilities 
•  Financial/Payment industry experience required.
•  Ability to manage cross-functional, large/complex program or multiple programs. PMO experience required.
•  7+ years of experience in supporting large scale technology programs. Clear of the roles and responsibilities during project delivery life cycle.
•  Agile Experience required. Hands on in Agile tools. SAFe experience is a bonus
•  Monitors and communicates the progress of the project or program delivery and ensures timely and effective communication of the status in terms of cost, forecast, schedule and assessment of risks/issues.
• Experience with PM tools & collaboration tools. Familiar with PM Pools like Microsoft project plan.  
• Develops the program strategy and the various enterprise-wide high-level project plans and ensures that scope and approach are understood by all stakeholders
•  Ensures integration of projects and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on objectives
•  Identifies and tracks key milestones and recommend adjustments to cross-functional team plans
•  Ensures accurate reflection of project/program budgets, forecasts and actuals within project and program management tools
•  Negotiates and influences cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate resourcing levels are engaged and maintained throughout the execution of the plan
•  Pro-actively anticipates program/project risks and issues and ensures that appropriate mitigation planning is in place to avoid compromising delivery
•  Ensures effective usage of change control procedures and processes to maintain control on scope, schedule and cost
• Contributes to continual process improvement or re-engineering activities
• Communicates with key stakeholders with regard to program strategy direction and changes    

Qualifications  
• Requires financial acumen in terms of representing project/program financials using internal tools as necessary
• Requires solid experience managing multiple, cross-functional projects or programs
• Certification requirement: Project Management Professional (PMI) or equivalent Project Management certification (e.g. Certified Project Management Practitioner, International Project Management Association) 
• Ability to adapt to situations in order to quickly resolve issues and/or gain alignment
•  Ability to communicate with all leadership levels and with all technology teams
•  Ability to effectively negotiate and influence to reach desired outcomes
•  Ability to use business and technical experience to identify impacts or risks and create plans to mitigate them

Preferred Additional Knowledge and Skills   
• English and Mandarin speaking
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field required; advanced degree preferred
•  Extensive business/industry work experience, with proven experience in a leadership role and project management role
