Responsibility: 

• Provide solution estimation for in-house built applications and to coordinate with internal and external IT Solution Providers to provide application solution estimation for all system development work
• Translate business requirements to technical details of the solution and communicate with the IT Solution Providers
• Accountable for delivering application solution to meet agreed baseline estimate
• Ensure application solution meet policies, standards and quality requirement
• Manage maintenance work transition from Solution Providers to the Production Support team
• Build solution with confirmed scope and schedule change of IT projects
• Prepare solution implementation plan with support and maintenance team, and all related parties

Requirement:

• 7+ years of experience in IT solution delivery, preferably in insurance & financial services
• Strong solution delivery management skills and experience
• Various domains of insurance solution delivery, including distribution systems, business intelligence, CRM, printing solution, etc,
• Knowledge on DevOPs with tools including Jenkins, Chef, etc. 
• Good knowledge on Git, GitHub, build & release management will be an asset
• Proficiency in Cantonese and English
