Job Responsibilities:

• Perform hardware and software installation, maintenance and technical support to internal users, e.g. email setup, PC setup & maintenance
• Install and maintain office networks, servers, PCs and miscellaneous IT equipment
• Analyze and monitor systems, servers, applications and network performance
• Assist in IT procurement process
• Plan and organize social media marketing strategy campaigns for customer engagement, and drive new customers.
• Create original, creative and engaging contents for various digital platforms in timely manner, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Linkedin Pinterest, Forums and EDMs. etc.
• Identify Twitter accounts, Facebook groups, key sites and forums where company's related issues are discussed.
• Manage and report social media channels’ performance against business objectives.
• Assist with creation, conception, and presentation of social media strategy.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 3 years relevant experiences.
• experience in MS Windows Server, Linux environment, MacOS, MS SQL, VMware, Anti-Virus, Networking & end user support
• Proficient in internet and intranet related applications, Hardware/Software installation and inventory documentation
• Knowledgeable about the latest trends of social media platforms including Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently under minimal supervision
• Strong writing skills in both English and Chinese with creative story-telling techniques.
• A strong interest or knowledge of the digital camera, mobile and/or technology would be a plus.
