Responsibilities 

• Lead digital channels development from business opportunity identification, solution surveying, user experience and process flow design, business requirement, testing to launch communication
• Liaise with external vendors on on-going support, new project management, testing, incident reporting, escalation and resolution
• Monitor competitors’ activities and potential new entrants to keep abreast of changes in the market and propose time-to-market actions to management
• Oversee content delivery systems such as emails, SMS and social media platforms
• Work together with digital marketing, customer relations and service operations teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
• Ensure channel platform compliant with regulatory guidelines and internal control measure

Requirements

• Degree holder or professional qualifications in IT, Project Management or related disciplines
• 5 years or above relevant experience
• Sound experience in websites and mobile projects, preferably in financial sector
• Good problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Understanding of common web standards, search engine optimization and usability guidelines. Knowledge on HTML5, CSS, and Java is a plus

 Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Associate, Digital Products & Channels
