Responsibilities:

• Support end-users with IT related problems in a responsive and service oriented manner.
• Strong skills in Desktops, Workstations, Notebooks and Printers and Handhelds.
• Provide support for MS Office, Standard OA applications, Email, Software, LAN.
• Perform first line problem detection and escalation to senior.
• Perform day-to-day support related duties.
• To perform IT inventory management (e.g. inventory record updating, stock taking, etc.) to ensure that the inventory is well recorded and updated.
• Responsible for ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma Holder in Computer Studies or equivalent.
• At least 3 years’ experience in IT support.
• Willing to learn, team player with good communication skills.
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Can consistently follow protocol and instructions.
• Can work independently with little management direction.
• Able to support offsite at events on a weekend.
• Able to work overtime, independent and under pressure
