To serve one of our clients Centrify Corporation, this is a technology company in Silicon Valley funded by top-tier venture capital firms. It delivers IDaaS solutions in securing access to apps and physical & virtual infrastructure including access control, privilege management and auditing from any device for all users. 

 Opportunities: 

  • Work with Technical Support professionals to Support enterprise-grade integrated solutions to serve 5000+ Customers including over half of Fortune 50
  • Exposure to the most updated technologies application in security software, identity & assess management, directory technologies, Cloud, SaaS and the newest Operating Systems on various platforms
  • On-the-job training by experienced IT experts in helping you to acquire knowledge in different technical skills
  • Participate in different stages of software product life cycle including development, release, support, etc. with the best engineering practices which inherited from Silicon Valley
  • Occasional travel to the US for training, project kick-off and review meetings

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide technical support to overseas customers by both phone and email
  • Work closely with Sales Engineers to ensure successful customer software deployments
  • Certain teammates would work from 2pm to 11pm to support overseas clients
  • Participate in after-hours on-call support (once every 2 to 3 months)

 

 Requirements: 

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • 1 year or above experience in a technical support role (Fresh grad are welcomed)
  • Experience in the most common Unix platforms (Linux, Solaris, AIX, HPUX, Mac OS) and Windows Server platforms is a plus
  • Strong communications skills in English (Both verbal and written) and outstanding interpersonal skills
