Job Responsibilities:

• Working closely with user to plan IT strategies for supporting business
• Act as a technical advisor to evaluate and recommend IT tools and technologies to resolve business issues encountered
• Lead projects along the entire project life cycle from feasibility study, proof-of-concept, business case, planning, development, testing, implementation to post-implementation enhancement program/initiative
• Collaborate with project teams and external strategic partners for evaluation and development of innovative solutions from proof-of-concept to realization

Job Requirements:

• Holder of Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• 8 years’ or above working experience in IT, including a minimum of 4 years' experience in project management
• Solid in web-based application development, OO design and programming in ASP.Net, C#.NET, Java, J2EE, JavaScript, HTML, AJAX
• Strong project management, organizational and analytical skills
• Good business acumen, supervisory and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently
• Good commands of both written and spoken English and Chinese, and able to communicate with Putonghua
