Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a scrum team conducting method design and principle design and provide training on Agile implementation
• Work closely with different parties including Business & IT teams using relationship management tools and create a delivery pipeline across multiple streams
• Conduct risk analysis, cost and resources planning, and schedule analysis under agile principles
• Responsible for communicating with internal and external stakeholders
• Issue and risk management and the management of product backlog and inventory will adapt JIRA as a standard
• Responsible for driving project in Agile and coaching of relevant tools to the stakeholders

Essential Requirements:

• Degree's holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 3 years relevant experience on Agile methodology with Scrum Master Certificate
• Solid experience in DevOps, Automated Testing Tool, software development
• Sound knowledge about banking functionalities with good leadership skills
• Proficient communication skills in both Chinese and English
