Responsibilities:

• Perform technical knowledge on system, IT security & network design administration
• Implement and administrate Enterprise Infrastructure, Data Centre services, Internet services, Platform services, Database services, IT Security services and Management Information System
• Familiar in Windows Platform Support, O365 and Virtualization Technology (vmware)
• Performs research, write, publish, and control configuration of manuals / documentation for technical design specification, equipment, system operation, and maintenance
• Competent in IT infrastructure technology with experience in large-scale & complicated multi-platform systems

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology Management, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in IT
• Solid Platform, IT Security & Network design and administration skills
• Solid experience with Window Server, Exchange Server, O365, Virtualization Technology
• Experience in LINUX System is preferred
• Able to read and translate customer business requirements into effective systems and service solutions
• Knowledge in ISO270001, ISO20000, ITIL
• Good communications skills, presentation skills and client skills to customers of different levels
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Good problem solving skills
• Self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently and in a team
• Flexible, continuous learner with good communication skills and business sense
• Holder of professional certification is preferred i.e. MCSE, LPI, CCNA
• Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Systems Engineer
