Job Description
Job Description:
- As first line technical and functional application support analyst on a trading platform for external clients
- Work closely with internal parties (application developers, product managers and business analysts) for incident resolution
- Investigate on both Functional and Technical problems
- Deliver comprehensive onsite and remote training solutions for clients
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent disciplines
- At least 2 years working experience as trade support, application support, front office support, or helpdesk support
- Strong technical skills working with SQL
- Knowledge of FIX protocol is a plus
- Excellent customer service skill
- Excellent spoken and written English skill
