Global leading management consulting group with presences across 4 continents and 50 countries is on a fast expansion path. They are seeking experienced Insurance Business Analysts to join their growing Asia Pacific FSI Consulting team.

Key areas you will be focused on:

• Engage senior stakeholders across lines of business and functions in Insurance and Banking industry
• Knowledge of data driven insurance analytics would be preferred
• Gather requirements and scope using client interviews, shadowing, document review, surveys and other techniques
• Perform fit-gap analysis before implementation of new solutions
• Create business processes and implementation plans
• Create test plans, traceability matrix and manage validation including UAT until production release. 

Job Requirements:

• 6+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in Insurance/Financial Services.
• Strong problem solving skills, ability to analyze complex data, identify core issues, investigate, evaluate and reach appropriate conclusions / solutions 
• Experience in employing Agile Scrum through requirements, design, testing, implementation and maintenance.
• Should be familiar with life and non-life Insurance products and their life cycle covering the entire spectrum of NB/UW, POS, Claims, Accounting, Agency Compensation, Fund Management, etc.
• Relevant professional qualification such as CBAP, SCRUM, etc.  
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or IT/Business or Professional qualification in finance or insurance
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin will be an advantage 
• Good MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Project) skills
