Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform value-added professional services such as implementation, support, training and maintenance
• Perform project assessment, implementation and deployment activities
• Plan, Design, Configuration and Implement on Network and Infrastructure
• Develop technical configuration and deployment documentation
• Provide technical consultancy and training to customer’s staff
• Provide escalated support to the customer upon implementation
• Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution 

Skills and Attributes Requirements

• Prepare and provide product or solution presentation to customers
• Presale support including quote, IT solution design, proposal, pre-sale testing support etc
• Provide professional services on planning, design and integration services to fulfil customer's requirements
• Excellent hands-on experience in Cisco LAN/WAN routing/switching implementation and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent level understanding of TCP/IP protocol suite.
• Excellent experience with various Cisco router/switch series- ISR4000, Catalyst 3850, 9300, Nexus 9000, etc
• Must be hands-on in sizable network implementation and support
• Hands on experience on Cisco Wireless Network
• A keen, positive attitude individual as well as effective team player
• Willing to strengthen customer-facing, communication and presentation skills

Business Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ of pre-sales work experience
• Professional level certifications from Leading Product Vendors such as Cisco, Checkpoint, Juniper, etc (CCNP level or equivalent technical skill level)

 Academic and Language Requirements

• University Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
• High Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
