Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate value reporting (new business value and embedded value) in a timely manner in fulfilling Group / Regional Guidelines.
- Perform investigation on the financial condition in respect of the Company’s long term business, dynamic solvency testing (DST) per AGN7.
- Provide regular fulfillment cash flows and duration reporting as per the requirement from Regional in respect of ALM initiatives.
- Conduct experience studies regularly and ensure the actuarial assumptions are supported by emerged experiences.
- Assist in special projects assigned, e.g. RBC QIS and IFRS 17
Key Requirements:
- University graduate or equivalent.
- ASA or near ASA
- At least 2-3 years working experience in actuarial valuation in life insurance industry
- Experienced Prophet user (asset-liability modelling would be an advantage)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office applications
