Responsibilities: 

• Provide administrative assistance on claims
• Examine and obtain additional claims documents for recovery of claims
• Maintain claim files, computer records and undertake periodical reviews.
• Preparation of various reports under team leader's supervision
• Be responsible for other duties as assigned by the team leader 

Requirements:

• Form 7 (or equivalent qualification) or above
• 2 years working experience
• Good written and spoken skills in English and Mandarin
• Knowledge in Excel is preferable
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
