Job Duties:

• Undergo extensive training, both on-the-job and through company training programs in the aspects of management and technical skills necessary to assume a supervisory role in retail management.            
• Work with experienced sales personnel, spending time in each retail shop, learning to manage the day to day shop operations and administration for enhancing business acumen.        
• Learn management responsibilities, merchandising, promotion, inventory, people management, trade skills and knowledge and other leadership soft skills.
• Provide high quality customer services and assist in achieving business sales target.
• Coordinate on ad-hoc projects as assigned by the company from time to time  

Requirements:

• University graduate
• Outgoing, initiative, enthusiastic, service-oriented with good interpersonal skills
• Strong interest in health care and retail industry
• Possess excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Proficient in computer skills
• Willing to work flexible hours
