Responsibilities

• Handle administrative and secretarial support to the Executives including maintaining calendars/diaries arrangement, arrange and schedule meetings
• Outdoor assignments such as business appointments and meetings, documents collection and delivery etc.
• Assist in travel arrangements and events planning 
• Draft and translate correspondences from Chinese to English or vice versa
• Provide support to the office and personal affairs
• Assist in ad-hoc projects upon request

Requirements

• Good co-ordination and communication skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• A degree holder with relevant working experience is an advantage
• Fluent in Mandarin/Putonghua and English
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediately available prefers
• Fresh graduates are also considered
