Role Overview 

• Lead the end-to-end management of geographic expansion into Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, Korea including: corporate set-up, legal entity creation, organisation design and hiring, supply chain planning, new product development, go to market and marketing & customer plan up to launch. 
• The Project Manager is able to consider the project through multifunctional elements and with the support of the functions to develop a clear strategy on how to deliver the project at a timeline that meets the business needs.
• They can plan, set milestones, identify the key cross functional team members required and demonstrate capabilities in detailed project planning. They can juggle multiple, complex priorities at any given time.

Key Responsibilities:   

• Manage all aspects of the project and coordinating all workstreams (Supply Chain, R&D, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Corporate & Legal, IT systems). The role also includes delivering project update, for steering committee and stage gate process.
• Manage highly complex projects and lead cross-functional project teams.
• Lead the management of strategic innovation projects to accelerate brand leadership and future-proof our growth.
• Responsible for tracking progress on a weekly and monthly basis with each of the cross functional project team, reporting and presenting on project status to the broader team up to the company senior leadership.
• Interpret and articulate key messages on projects at all levels within the business.

Job Requirement: 

• Degree Holder in Business Management.
• Extensive understanding of project management – processes, tools, methods demonstrated by end to end project management experience on complex projects.
• 5 years or above project management experience in multinational FMCG/Retail environment.
• Budget management experience
• South East Asia/global project experience.
• Frequent travelling – up to 50%
• Strong command of written and oral English/Mandarin.
• Strong PowerPoint presentation skills.
