With the aggressive development of the company, our client is seeking for a dynamic IR professional to lead the function. 

This is a newly created role. Reporting to the Group CFO and working closely with senior management, you will be responsible for devising a robust IR strategy and framework as well as developing investor confidence and belief in the company’s vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value. You will be providing up-to-date information, creating consistent and clear communications about company’s operations and financial statements to current and potential shareholders, as well as third party equity research analysts. As the subject expert, you will be providing insights on market activity, analysing and presenting financial trends, competitor behaviour, shareholder issues, and anything that could possibly impact the business to senior management. 

The ideal candidate should be a degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Communications, Economics or a related discipline, with at least 10 years of related experience in large-cap and/or reputable listed companies. Experience in dealing with investors, including top-tier fund managers (both international and Chinese), with strong track record of creating positive relations with the investor community is mandatory to the success of this role. You are expected to have a strong understanding of capital markets trends, competitor activities, industry dynamics and customer trends as well as familiar with financial modelling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors. You are self-motivated, team-orientated and able to work under pressure.  Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communications skills are required.  Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is mandatory.
