Major Responsibilities

• Daily reporting to the CEO and leading the team members
• Responsible for ensuring the reliability and quality of financial activities, such as monitoring the timely preparation and review of the monthly consolidated financial reports to management, cash flow / financial and budgetary control, credit control,statutory and taxation reporting
• Maintain internal controls system to safeguard financial assets of the Group
• Liaise with Group Financial Controller and external professional parties, including auditor, legal and financial adviser
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

• Degree / Associate degree holder in Accounting
• CPA / ACCA qualified is an advantage
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in CPA firm and commercial accounting
• With I.T. industry working background is an advantage
• With working knowledge of accounting regulations and secretarial practice of company listed in HK GEM Board will be highly preferred
• Detail minded, well organized, strong business acumen, pro-active, hands-on and possess strong leadership skills 
• Good communication skills in English and Cantonese
