Job Description:

• Perform all round of finance and accounting duties, including but not limited to, manage financial reviews, analysis, corporate budget and forecast, cash flow, tax, operation and annual reporting;
• Perform finance and accounting functions of funds;
• Work closely with the investment team to understand investment structure and support   investment execution;
•  Prepare monthly consolidation, management report, analysis and FRR monitoring;
• Possess knowledge of HK SFO Rules and relevant regulatory requirements to ensure all activities and duties are compliant with all statutory requirements;
•  Develop and maintain internal controls for both financial and operational aspects. Ensure internal controls are proper and sufficient to maintain all levels of compliance, continuously review and improve where necessary;
• Provide professional financial and tax planning advice to management;
• Liaise with external auditors, bankers, legal, compliance, transfer agents and custodians;
•  Assist Management for the execution of special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree or above holder in Accountancy and Finance or related discipline;
• CPA with at least 3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, managing finance functions in asset management firms/ brokerage/ financial institution;
• Comprehensive experience in handling daily financial operations and management reporting and in the operations of an asset management organization;
• Solid experience in securities accounting and FRR preparation is a MUST; 
• Big 4 external audit training is a MUST;
• Experience as Company Secretary is a plus;
• Strong leadership, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills;
•  Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; 
• Candidates with more experiences will be considered as a senior role.
