Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of accounting operation
• Monitor general accounting functions including G/L vouchers, invoicing, AR/AP
• Verifying, updating and reconciling financial data
• Review accounting vouchers prepared by subordinates
• Assist in monthly closing,  prepare monthly and year-end schedules and management reports
• Assist in formulating internal control policies and procedures
• Handle ad hoc tasks / projects assigned by Department Head

          Job Requirements:

• High Diploma in accounting or above
• Professional qualifications in accountancy or equivalent is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years' solid experience in handling full set of accounts
• Experience in Healthcare industry or Listed Company with audit experience will be an advantage
• Detail-oriented, proactive, independent and good team player
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, preferably Flex System operation and ERP system
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available preferred
