Responsibilities:  

• Participate in the implementation of fund structures onto the accounting system
• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
• Control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices
• Review payment to ensure that the amounts paid are correct and authorized
• Implement and maintain internal controls that ensure integrity of payment processes
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of multi-cycle/multi-stage payment processes
• Analyze and resolve complex issues related to payments
• Identify ways to develop and implement best practices to improve existing processes and optimize the payment system
• Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the management
• Participate in system development & implementation of payment process and development on electronic payment arrangement

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Finance/ Accounting/ Business Administration/ related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting in sizable company, preferably gained from property business companies
• Student membership / membership of HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent preferred
• Good excel skills, familiar with Oracle EBS and E-workflow system, good system mindset
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of Mandarin, Cantonese and English
