Duties

• Perform daily operations of accounts payable, payment and bank reconciliation etc
• Handle monthly billing, collection and aging control
• Review staff claims
• Manage project spending tracking
• Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliation
• Prepare journal entries and assist in month/year end reporting
• Prepare monthly management reports e.g. fee / manhour tracking and staff utilization
• Assist in regional management reporting.
• Ad-hoc duties upon request

 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting/Finance or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience. 
• USGAAP/SOX/Regional experience is a plus
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Proficient in Excel
• Self-motived, organized and good analytical skill
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accountant
