Job duties:

• Assume business and regulatory compliance function for the private wealth management business  
• Ensure daily business activities (in particular with trust, discretionary portfolio management and advisory services) is in adherence to HKMA/SFC requirements and corporate governance
• Conduct impact/gap analysis and continuous update of policies, procedures and internal controls review in accordance to regulatory changes
• Provide advisory support by working closely with senior management and front to back office to cater for on-going business/new services initiatives  
• Support Head of Compliance on any regulatory issues/on-site audit

Requirements:  

• Well qualified graduate with 4-5 years regulatory compliance, governance and risk management experience earned from int’l banks
• Prior experience working with wealth management or private bank is highly essential
• HKMA and SFC regulatory knowledge is essential
• Seasoned communication skill in English and Cantonese
