Strong performance and continued expansion in the Asia region have resulted in new opportunities within the company, including the need to appoint some high caliber M&A/Transaction Tax Professionals in their Asia M&A/Transaction Tax Practice:

1) Director – Based in Shanghai or Beijing

2) Senior Manager – Based in Shanghai or Beijing

3) Senior Associate – Based in Beijing

The M&A/Transaction Tax team will cover all aspects of the suite of M&A/transaction tax services within Asia, including tax due diligence, tax structuring and general tax advisory services.  Being part of the Global Transaction Advisory Group, their global integrated teams will provide integrated financial, tax and operational due diligence to the world’s largest and most high profile corporate, private equity, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, hedge funds and financial investors to help them unlock value across the investment life cycle.

Qualifications: 

• Solid and progressive tax consulting experience gained in Big4 practices.
• Ability to exceed client expectations and deliver high quality client service. 
• Ability to collaborate with others and work in multi-cultural environment. 
• Excellent research, writing and oral communication skills. 
• Ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment. 
• Savvy about China tax laws and foreign exchange regulations.
• Experience in tax due diligence and tax structuring are vital for success in this role.
• Strong writing, analytical, research and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin. 
• Willingness to travel.
