Clinical Division

The appointee is expected to perform the following general clerical duties:

• to handle daily income of the clinics;
• to assist in purchasing of clinical related appliances and equipment;
• to provide general administration support, answer internal and external enquires;
• to liaise with internal units and external bodies; and
• to perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Completed secondary education or specialized vocational training, preferably with LCC Higher level in Book-keeping and Accounts;
• At least one year of relevant work experience;
• Proficiency in common computer applications including MS Office and Chinese word processing;
• Good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of responsibility; and
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.

Immediately available will be an advantage.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a typing test.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
