Habitat for Humanity Hong Kong is currently seeking a talented individual for the role of Finance Officer. This position is responsible for the processing and accounting of AP, AR, GL and other accounting services.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting function;
• Update spreadsheet file for special collections, receipts and disbursement;
• Prepare bank reconciliation, month-end/year-end accruals and financial reports as required;
• Assist in the preparation of month end financial statement and year-end audit papers;
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Higher Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with LCCI higher or above
• 2 years accounting experience;
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel);
• Knowledge of Sun System is an advantage;
• NGO experience is preferred;
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese.
