Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Firm’s Managing Partner on the operations of the Firm’s accounts
• Ensure compliance with the Solicitors’ Accounts Rules and the statutory requirements of Law Society reporting as well as audit and tax filing
• Managing and monitoring daily accounting transactions of the Firm’s client accounts
• Managing P&L and financial position of the Firm’s office accounts
• Monitoring daily accounting entries and transactions of the Firm through a specially designed accounting system
• Providing financial reports and analysis
• Liaise with auditors, tax representatives and professionals regarding audit, tax and other relevant matters
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance disciplines
• Member of ACCA/ HKICPA or equivalent professional accountancy bodies
• At least 3 years’ relevant working experience
• Working experiences in auditing or internal control will be an advantage
• Be flexible with good communication skills and a good team player
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
