Position Description
Responsible for group consolidation, management reporting, annual tax filings.  Reconcile accounting data for the company including inter-company balances, inventory, internal controls on accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets and inventory.  Process accurate and timely invoice payments, ensure correct G/L coding and invoices are supported by required documents & approved by accordance to company policy

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain proper ledgers and handle full set of accounts
• Responsible for AP & AR processing and bank reconciliation
• Prepare and coordinate month-end closing and reporting schedule
• Responsible for fixed assets, intercompany transactions and period end reconciliation
• Prepare monthly financial reports, cash forecast, management reports and various analyses
• Manage statutory audit and tax filing
• Examine staff reimbursement
• Ensure compliance with company policy and statutory requirement
• Assist in budgeting, financial analysis and forecasting
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned and required

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
• Minimum 3 years of accounting and financial experience
• Proficiency in Oracle is advantageous
• Self-motivated & be able to work independently and strong sense of responsibility
• Strong analytical mind and problem solving skills with strong financial judgment
• Good in both oral and written English and Mandarin
