Report to:  Regional Finance & Accounting Manager, Asia Pacific
                                                           
Job Description:

• To handle month end / year end closing (including but not limited to uploading template into Maersk BCS and One Stream systems, monthly tax report)
• To prepare monthly financial and costs analysis
• To assist in quarterly revision and annual budget
• To liaise with auditor for the annual audit
• To assist in ad hoc assigned duties (e.g. bank reconciliations, balance sheet schedules)
• To assist area offices for any queries and issues
• To assist weekly cash projection
• To assist ad hoc tasks when needed
• To assist tax project (for the tax planning, transfer pricing etc.)
• To follow up with bank for fund transfer to our China offices
• To assist SAP implementation

Qualifications:

• BA Finance and Accounting / Advanced Dip Finance
• Consider with HKICPSA / ACCA or equivalent professional qualifications
• Hands-on experience in SAP is highly preferred
• With minimum 3 years solid experience
