Responsibilities:

• Manage interim and annual audit and prepare consolidation reports
• Oversee the financial reports that ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements for the PRC and Hong Kong region
• Perform financial analysis and prepare reports for management if needed
• Handle ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance with HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 5 year experiences in accounting/auditing field, including Hong Kong listed company exposure
• Familiar with HKFRS, PRC GAAP, group consolidation, listed company legislation, and tax regulations
• Able to work independently, efficiently and under pressure
• Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills
• Good command of spoken English and Putonghua
• Knowledge in ACCPAC is preferred
