Responsibilities:

• Able to handle full set of books including data entry, issue sales invoices, payments and receipt, cheques bank-in, online payment and transfer, petty cash operation, month end, generate financial reports and handle simple consolidated accounts
• Provide full spectrum of clerical and general administrative support to the department
• Maintain proper and systematic filing system
• Support the team in ad hoc project as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accountancy or equivalent
• Certificate in LCC Intermediate is an advantage
• 2 years working experience with basic audit experience is preferred
• Self-motivated, well organized, and willing to work under pressure as a team player
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
• Proficient in MS Office Suites and Chinese word processor
• Immediate available is highly preferred
