Responsibilities:      

• Responsible for financial reporting and month-end closing procedures;
• Assist the preparation of consolidated accounts and coordinating with subsidiaries in the PRC on monthly reporting;
• Prepare accounting schedules, budget, forecast, financial analysis, management reports and assist preparation of annual and interim reports;
• Coordinate year-end statutory audit and profits tax computation;
• Liaise with internal and external parties including auditors, financial advisors and banker.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or other business related field;
• Qualified member/finalist in HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years’ financial reporting experience gained from audit and/or commercial organization;
• Prior work experience in listed companies in Hong Kong will be a distinct advantage;
• Analytical, strong interpersonal and numerical skills, able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines;
• Good command in written English and Chinese;
• Immediately available is preferred.
