Responsibilities

• Responsible for full set of accounts and administrative tasks
• Responsible for both AP and AR accounting entries in the system
• Prepare month end closing, including intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Handle year ended audit and liaise with external auditors
• Monitoring daily cash flow and online banking
• To perform other ad-hoc duties as required
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Accounts Clerk

Job Requirements

• LCC higher, Diploma or relevant qualification
• 4-5 years relevant experience is preferable
• Proficient in MS Office including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage
• Responsible, self-motivated and Independent
• Proficiency in English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Good team player, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediate available is preferable
