Job Description
A well-known Japanese automotive co., is looking for a candidate with the following details
Duties:
- Independent handle full set of accounts, month-end closing and reporting
- Supervise the assistant in daily operation
- Corporate with consulting company in handling reporting
- Set up Excel templates for accounts report
- Deal with the workflow of the accounting system operation
- Liaise with the accounting firm and audit firm in reporting, budgeting and planning
- Report to the H.O. of the performance in HK office
- Ad Hoc projects
Requirements
- F.5 or above with accounting study
- With over 8 years experience in A/C, able to handle operation independently
- Experience in trading or manufacturer is preferred
- Advance skills in Excel (Vloopup and Pivot Table)
- Self-motivated, independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
