Job Duties:

1.Monitoring the Company’s Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau based subsidiary and holding companies, and tracing their financial status;

2.Plan and execute internal audit assignments;

3.Prepare internal audit reports and perform follow-up and monitoring works to ensure proper implementation of recommendation;

4.Process risk management related duties.

 Requirements:

1.Degree holder in Accountancy, Business Administration or related disciplines;

2.Details oriented and precise, team-work, self-motivated and able to work independently;

3.Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin;

4.Professional qualification in CPA, CIA or equivalent is preferred.

崗位職責

（一） 對公司投資的中國內地及港澳地區的參控股企業進行投後監管，跟蹤投資企業財務運營情況；

（二）對數據進行匯總、分析、提出具有可行性的財務及營運建議；

（三）計劃和執行內部審計任務； 

（四）起草內部審計報告並執行後續監督工作； 

（五）開展風險管理相關工作。

 崗位要求

（一）擁有會計，工商管理或相關學科的學位； 

（二）具1年或以上財務相關的工作經驗； 

（三）工作認真，具有團隊意識，能夠獨立工作； 

（四）較強中、英文現場交流與寫作翻譯能力，粵語流利，能用普通話溝通； 

（五）CPA，CIA 或相關專業資格優先。
