Responsibilities:

• Assist in month-end closing (including stock take, journal entry postings, bank reconciliation, financial statements, and income & expense fluctuation analysis);
• Prepare various internal weekly and monthly reports;
• Assist in cash flow management, prepare fund transfer and relevant expenses analysis reports;
• Prepare and review all invoices and debit notes for appropriate documentation;
• Assist in outdoor assignments such as document collection and delivery, bank accounts settlement, cheques bank-in, funds transfer, etc;
• Provide all-round secretarial to the office and support to top management and ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or above;
• Previous experience in handling accounts transaction in hospitality industry with Opera system is an extra advantage;
• Excellent communication skill, problem-solving skill, proactive, independent and strong analytical mind;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Good knowledge of general accounting procedures;
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word, including hands on experience in spreadsheet compilation;
