Responsibilities:

•Provide administrative and clerical support on Account Payable daily operation (eg. data entry and verification, prepare voucher and process payment)
•Maintain accurate accounting record and good filing system
•Assist in report updates and month-end closing activities
•Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

•Diploma or above in Accounting, with LCCI Intermediate or equivalent
•2 years of relevant experience
•Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.  Oracle experience is an advantage
•Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
•Organized, detail-minded with good communication skill
•Immediate available is highly preferred
