Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day accounting activities and the full sets of accounting books
- Monitor and manage daily transactions across all business activities / companies
- Preparing month end and year end closing
- Arrange for audit and tax reporting
- Prepare monthly reports, accounting schedules
- Administer payroll, compensation & benefits and ensure compliance with employment regulations
- Perform filing and general administrative tasks
- Perform ad hoc assignments/projects as assigned
Requirements:
- High Diploma or above in Accountancy or Business Management
- At least 3-5 years relevant working experience in accounting and admin
- Fluency in both written and oral English and Mandarin
- Well-versed in computer applications on MS Office Excel, Words, Outlook …
- Mature, self-confident, energetic and responsive
- Excellent communication skill, analytical with attention to details and strong sense of responsibility
Immediate available is highly preferred
