Job Description

  • Verifying vendors invoices & entries in ERP system
  • Payment set up & cash flow management
  • General Ledger & Bookkeeping
  • Petty cash, expense reimbursement, Journal entries in Excel & documents filing etc
  • Reconcile receipts and bank accounts
  • Sales & Office Administration
  • Travelling & Accommodation arrangement
  • Provide secretarial support as required
  • Assist in organizing company activities
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business & Administration Management or related discipline
  • Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills, sensitive to numbers
  • Min. 2-3 years for AR/AP in trading or manufacturing firm
  • Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese and English; good in Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Access & PowerPoint
  • Experience in QuickBooks is an advantage
  • Mature, patient, fast-learner, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Smart, Details-minded, well organized and responsible
  • Self-managed and able to meet tight deadline and work under pressure
  • Immediately available
