Job Description
- Verifying vendors invoices & entries in ERP system
- Payment set up & cash flow management
- General Ledger & Bookkeeping
- Petty cash, expense reimbursement, Journal entries in Excel & documents filing etc
- Reconcile receipts and bank accounts
- Sales & Office Administration
- Travelling & Accommodation arrangement
- Provide secretarial support as required
- Assist in organizing company activities
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business & Administration Management or related discipline
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills, sensitive to numbers
- Min. 2-3 years for AR/AP in trading or manufacturing firm
- Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese and English; good in Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Excel, Access & PowerPoint
- Experience in QuickBooks is an advantage
- Mature, patient, fast-learner, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Smart, Details-minded, well organized and responsible
- Self-managed and able to meet tight deadline and work under pressure
- Immediately available
