Job Description
We are a young Tech Startup in Science Park. Due to rapid business expansion, we need an young and passionate candidate to join our team. He/She will do admin work in all aspects but also can join business operation and development based on capabilities and interest.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support for HK office, including daily operation, recruitment, contract, expenses, mpf, team building etc.
- Work with Shenzhen office to deal with daily operation including bookkeeping, gov related affairs and tax, banks and accounting etc.
- Assist business operations including online sales and development, exhibition etc.
- Other stuff assigned by the director
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with all levels
- Mature, independent, responsible and detail-minded
- Capable of managing multi-tasks and prioritize work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced environment
- Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English
